Our Inner West Personal Trainers are like the City Rail Inner West Line!

Except we are punctual, we don’t cancel, our price stays the same, we are clean and organised and we help you get to your destination feeling fit, refreshed and on time!

Jokes aside, our Inner West Personal Trainers all live and work in the area and can travel to you stopping at any Inner West Suburb you please.

The trains are confined to Redfern, Macdonaldtown, Newtown, Stanmore, Petersham, Lewisham, Summer Hill, Ashfield, Erskinville, St Peters and Marrikville. But our Inner West Personal Trainers are happy to meet you in any suburb you please, at a park close to you in the Inner West area (including all of the beautiful Glebe foreshore parks).

Whatever you are looking to achieve we have the skill set and passion to help you get there. We have worked with fat loss clients, endurance junkies, rehab after illness and accidents, gym bunnies, pensioners and everything in between. We don’t like labels but wanted to illustrate to you that you will be looked after whatever your current fitness or lack of.

If you are looking for the personal touch we can work with you solo and all of the attention is on you, if you would like to share the love with a buddy we offer buddy personal training sessions and finally if you would like to gather a small crew we offer small group training or a work crew for corporate fitness training.

Sally gets kick-ass results with our Inner West personal training clients for two reasons. Quite simply she knows her stuff but most importantly she genuinely cares. Our clients are attracted to Sally’s warm vibe, combined with her technical expertise and knowledge the result is happy clients that achieve great things under her guidance. It doesn’t matter if you are looking to rehab a new or old injury, reduce fat and/or increase muscle, improve your strength, mobility, flexibly or overall health Sally will have you covered. She also loves Piña Coladas and getting caught in the Sydney sunshine.
