Conducting a pre and post course on-line Bio Age Assessment with each participant, in order to better customise our programs to their specific needs and monitor staffs  stress levels, nutritional needs, fitness and general wellbeing.  We work closely with all participants to facilitate the learning outcomes and course competencies of each aspect of the program. Competency Standards are set and referenced on National Training Information Services (NCIS).
