It is difficult to find enough space in our busy lives to work, eat healthily, exercise and spend quality time with our families. So it makes sense to try and combine exercise and spending time with your offspring. Our outdoor groups can help you do just that.
Like sharing a good time or a belly laugh, physical activity sparks off a rush of endorphins in the brain that can reduce stress and encourage a feeling of family togetherness.
We provide physical activities that involve the whole family. Innervate families’ work as a team. They cheer and egg each other on during sessions. All our outdoor group sessions can accommodate you and your family (kids from 11 years and up… but contact us as we can accommodate younger children if they are of a certain size and maturity, this is on a case by case basis).
Our trainers simply modify certain exercises to make sure that they are appropriate for the younger members of the group (be careful though bragging rights can sometimes go to your kids when they beat you in a sprint or hold a press up position for longer than you!).
We are not like other fitness chains that baby sit your kids while you work out. We activate them and you to get fit together.
You have a direct influence on your child’s health. You play a key role in encouraging your children to be active by setting an example. Kids grow up so fast! Before you know it the opportunity to get healthy and spend quality time with them will be lost.
